O mês da Moda chegou ao fim e o fotografo Tommy Ton mostrou-nos como as fashionistas se preparam para os desfiles.

Entre uma coleção de quinhentas fotografias estas são as favoritas e mais revolucionárias.

Grammys 2015 | Red Carpet Looks

On February 8, 2015 (Sunday), music stars gathered for the Grammys in 2015, which is the biggest awards event of the music industry in Los Angeles, in the United States.
In addition to the long-awaited performances such as Madonna, who presented his new single, "Living for Love"; Rihanna with Paul McCartney and Kanye West in the new single "FourFive Seconds" and of course the performance of Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga with jazz hits, the night also featured a parade of celebrities known as the red carpet.
The season's red carpet is always something that makes everyone interested in fashion stop to see. We can see that there was everything from the glamorous jumpsuit Gwen Stefani to the kind of orange dress Joy Villa, passing, of course, by daring costume Madonna.

As such, here I put what I consider as the best and worst of the Red Carpet!

From my window the sunset is always different and in Castelo Branco, things get pretty crazy sometimes. Its a color festival, between the sun and the clouds, with the sky as back screen. All the photos are taken with my phone, because is just simple and easier to "print" the moment.

Da minha janela o por-do-sol é sempre diferente e em Castelo Branco, as coisas descontrolam-se às vezes. É como um pequeno espetáculo entre o sol e as nuvens com o céu como tela de fundo. Todas as fotos são tiradas com o meu telemovel, é fácil e simples de resgatar aqueles momentos.

Gosto bastante de fotografia, confesso que não é algo que tenha por hábito fazer, andar de máquina na mão...mas quando puxa por mim, é que me lembro a essência que conseguimos captar através duma lente.

Este foi um trabalho que realizei já no ano passado, para a disciplina de fotografia. 

A minha ideia foi captar a simplicidade de um acessorio, neste caso os colares, em contacto com o corpo despido.

I really enjoy photography, I confess that's not something I do on my daily basis, walking around with the camera on my hands...but when it calls for me, that's when I remember the essence which we can capture through a lens.

This was a work I did last year, for my photography class in college.

My idea was capture the simplicity of an accessory, in this case necklaces, in contact with the naked body.

Work | Arts Of Fashion Illustrations

Arts of Fashion is a foundation that helps young designers to get known. Every year they launch a competition, only for students, with a new theme that must be on their collections. 

This year the theme is "translation". Our illustrations were made for our college project but we had to follow all of the competition's rules.

The competition is still open until the April 1st, if you're a fashion student go for it!

Este ano o tema é "Translation" (Tradução/Translação). As nossas ilustrações foram feitas para a universidade mas tivemos de seguir todas as regras do concurso.

So now its time to take a breath and be with friends and family, after a really busy semester, of work, long night, but also smiles and good memories.

My best friend give me this shirt and I have too say, she know me! I normally get inspired by people I follow and make me create my own style, but this was different, came from a boy, why not!

Finalmente acabou o semestre e agora podemos estar em casa com a família e amigos, depois de meses de longas noites e muito trabalho.

Uma das minhas amigas deu-me esta camisa super gira (ela sabe mesmo o que eu gosto!). Normalmente o meu estilo vem de pessoas que eu sigo no instagram ou em blogs, mas desta vez foi um pouco diferente, porque não ir buscar inspiração a um rapaz!

 Têm sido uns dias bastante ocupados, com trabalhos, frequências e muito estudo...mas aqui vos deixamos o último trabalho que realizámos para a cadeira de Design de Moda. O tema da coleção era livre e escolhido por nós, tínhamos apenas que introduzir manipulações de tecidos nossas (em breve postaremos fotografias das mesmas), que fizemos noutro trabalho.

There's been quite a few busy days, with work, tests and much much study...but besides that, we leave you here our last work from fashion design class. The theme of the collection was free and chosen by each one of us, we only had to introduce some of our own fabric manipulations (soon we'll post some photos of that), which we made on other work.

Como fazer um blog com três pessoas? Quando temos feitios parecidos, estudamos no mesmo curso, e temos gostos em comum, torna-se mais simples. Qual a melhor maneira de começar a não ser dar-nos a conhecer um pouco.

Acho que nunca houve outra opção em todos estes anos a não ser a moda, há quem nunca tenha a certeza do que seguir, estudar e trabalhar. 

Sou a Jéssica, tenho 20 anos, sou de Caldas da Rainha e estou no segundo ano da faculdade a estudar Design de Moda e Têxtil em Castelo Branco. 

Os meus gosto são diferentes e difíceis (como a Cláudia diz), não tenho um estilo definido, mas o preto está sempre presente. Adoro o estilo grunge, os The 1975 e o AHS. Sou um bocadinho viciada em chapéus e no Instagram. Confesso!! 

O resto vocês vão descobrindo…

Olá! O meu nome é Cátia, tenho 21 anos e sou de Óbidos.  Actualmente estudo em Castelo Branco a frequentar o curso de Design de Moda e Têxtil.

Para ser sincera prefiro que sejam os outros a descrever-me do que ser eu a fazê-lo,  pois sou suspeita no que dizer Mas... vou tentar!!

Considero - me uma pessoa divertida e uma das minhas maiores características é estar sempre a rir!! Amo Dançar (é algo que faz parte de mim), Representar, Cantar, Música, Fotografia...ou seja, tudo o que engloba arte me capta a atenção e como era de esperar a Moda está incluída, sendo algo que pretendo seguir futuramente. Sou do tipo de pessoa que gosta de dar valor ás pequenas coisas da vida,  pois são elas que podem fazer o nosso dia valer a pena.
E pronto...aqui fica um pouco acerca de mim.

 Chamo-me Cláudia, tenho 20 anos e sou de Lisboa. Estudo em Castelo Branco e estou no 2º ano do curso de Design deModa e Têxtil.

Tenho uma perspectiva muito simples de tudo, até em relação aos trabalhos que realizo, gosto do aspecto clean, do preto ou branco. Simples mas que tenha o detalhe ou o pormenor que torne a peça interessante.

Adoro fotografia, não propriamente aparecer nelas, mas tirá-las, gosto do tipo de fotografia expontânea, que tiramos no momento porque algo nos captou a atenção. 

Não sou do tipo de andar com a câmera na mão, não faz o meu estilo, gosto de passear, e aquilo que nos inspirou no momento deve ser gravado, nem que seja com uma fotografia tirada pelo telemóvel. O que interessa é guardar aquilo que nos inspirou, que nos pode vir a motivar.

Gosto e quero partilhar a minha perspectiva, a visão que tenho das coisas.

I think there has never been another option in all these years except fashion, some have never sure what follow, study and work. I'm Jessica, I'm 20 and I'm in the second year of college studying Fashion Design and Textiles in Castelo Branco.

My tastes are different and difficult (as Claudia says), do not have a defined style, but black is always present. I love grunge style, The 1975 and the AHS. I'm a little bit addicted to hats and Instagram. I confess !!

Hello! My name is Cátia, I'm 21 years old and I´m from Obidos. Currently I´m studying in Castelo Branco to attend the course in Fashion Design and Textiles.

To be honest I'd rather be others to describe me than me having to do it, for I am suspicious of what to say ... But I'll try !!

I believe _ a fun person and one of my greatest features is always laughing !! Love Dancing (it's something that is part of me), Representing, Singing, Music, Photography ... that is, everything that includes art fascinates me and as expected the Fashion is included, and something I intend to follow in the future. I'm the type of person who likes to give value to the small things in life, it is they who can make our day worthwhile.
And ... here's a little about me.

 My name is cláudia, I'm 20 years old and I'm from Lisbon. I'm currently studying in Castelo Branco, on the second year of my fashion and textile design degree.

I've got a simple perspective of everything, even at the work

I do, the clean look is my taste, from black or white. Simple but with a twist, a detail or a point which will make a piece interesting.

Love photography, not properly to appear on them, but taking it, I like that type of spontaneous photography, tooken on the moment because something captured our atenction.

Not the type of beign with the camera on my hands all of the time, it's not my style, I like to wander around and that thing which inspired us in the moment should be recorded, if only with a cellphone picture.

What do matters it's saving that inspiration, that thing who can motivate us.
